  Tried doing my own hair and it broke off and fell out. Teagan dyed it pink like I had originally wanted to do and she gave me a fantastic cut that I love. I was worried it would get cut to short because I’ve had that happen in the past elsewhere. She not only did a fantastic job she was very nice to chat with. Will definitely be going back to see her again and highly recommend her.

  Had a great time. Im practically bald. Had my hair washed. Took two hours to cut my hair. This visit was better than my last. The last visit i came back with all my hair and that was a fast hair cut. The barber didnt even have to sweep after me. Had a great haircut for fathers day. Thank you jc penny hair salon.

  I went in today for a change, I wanted a very dramatic a line, I have tried a few places and they have never gotten it right, it's always just OK. I got Roxanne, and she did everything absolutely perfect!! Their prices are great and the outcome of my hair was more than I ever could have expected, I will definitely be coming here again!!!!!! Thank u Roxanne Sierra!

  Worst experience ever. I went in for a deep conditoning treatment. The treatment lasted all of 15 minutes in the backroom by myself. The "master" stylist, that I paid extra for, used insanely high heat flat iron on my very fine hair and pulled so hard on my hair with the iron that I could feel strands breaking. I left there with severely damaged ends. Do not go here.

  I was a walk in and today Marcia Tinkle took care of me. I have long hair and wanted something different, but I didn't know what would look good on me, so I asked for her input. I think she did a great job and she is very friendly. The reason I knocked one star off, is because of the other staff members. One of the other stylists was washing her own hair, drying it and styling it, while customers were there. Which just didn't seem professional. There was a lady with short hair, blonde on top, that I am GLAD that I didn't get and wish wasn't there. When we were waiting, she was talking to the other girl about her multiple men and how she thinks she found one and he might leave her. She was talking about all this, while cutting another man's hair. Then WHILE I was getting my hair cut, she left, and came back upset and asking my hairdresser if she 'told on her' and was complaining about how another hair dresser 'told on her' and was a liar and got her into trouble. In front of me she said that she asked my hairdresser to just tell people that she went to lunch (when she didn't actually go to lunch), ect. She left, and my hair dresser said that she just wanted to cut hair and doesn't like drama. Ugh. The girl came back and started griping more, and fortunately left again. Sorry for the long story, but the point is, I liked my hairdresser Marcia. I don't suggest going there, unless you go to her, or somebody else that you know does a good job. Also be warned, if the blonde ones around, you'll probably hear about her personal life, whether you want to or not.
