  Absolutely incredible experience with MAC artist Veronica at the Albuquerque store! I booked a 60-minute lesson + makeover for my birthday dinner and she completely transformed my everyday look into something red-carpet ready using only MAC products. She nailed my fair skin tone with the perfect foundation shade and built the perfect smoky eye. The lip color was exactly right for me and lasted through dinner and drinks with zero reapplication. Veronica was patient, explained every step, and gave me tips I will use daily. My husband literally did a double-take when I walked in! Best $90 I’ve spent on beauty in years. Book her — you won’t regret it! Thank you Veronica you are such an angel and pleasure to be around. You made my whole day. Can’t wait to book with you again.

  The Lady at the store was very nice. Didn't push unnecessary items. She knows here makeup and techniques to help. She made the experience great for my daughter and made her comfortable.

  Awful customer service. Veronica color matched me and grabbed the lip color and eye shadow I was looking for, but she seemed annoyed the entire three minutes of helping me. I really like this location because the employees are usually friendly and knowledgeable, but after this experience I may consider going to the Mac counters in Dillards instead. Also, a different employee was sniffling and coughing. In my opinion management shouldn't have allowed this employee to go into work. It clearly seemed like this employee was sick and shouldn't be in customers face putting makeup on them.
