- NMNatasha MoyaFeb 23, 20261.0I have been using this salon for years now and I have to say the customer service gets worse every day! I scheduled an appointment, 6pm, went for the appointment and the rude little girl at the counter never even stood up, she sat there with her nasty shoes on the counter and took my name. She goes into the back and comes back and tells me my stylist has left for the day and no one else can take me? That’s it. No apologies no reschedule, nothing. I won’t be back. Stylists should take their job more seriously and the front desk person should be way more professional.

- VRVeronica RhodesJan 19, 20191.0Walked in ... and sorting out my appointment was by staff that frowned all the time she was attempting to get me ..... decided to take me as a walk in .... and the trepidation on coloring my hair was palpable .... changed stylists twice ....even the manager was not courteous enough to explain their policies in a polite manner ...had to redirect ....found a stylist though who knew the definition of service .....Try harder ..do better ...
