Went I put my hair up in a ponytail looks horrible not an even or straight line looks like a horse bite my hair, the fact they cut the hair in dry hair make an awful result. The owner supposed to resolve this but never got a call wish can have my money back this place is awful no idea why still a business PLEASE Don’t go there find another place. I don’t recommended they don’t know how to do a decent haircut wish very bad look to the place and to all other places under the same name.

While getting my hair cut, the stylist made several alarming and unsolicited comments about my health, claiming my skin looked 'irradiated,' which was completely untrue and bizarre. Furthermore, her attitude was condescending; she kept snapping at me to sit straight even though I was already upright, and she wore gloves while acting as if there was something 'nasty' in my hair to the point of throwing things on the floor. I left feeling insulted and self-conscious rather than refreshed. I will not be returning and would not recommend this stylist to anyone looking for a professional or relaxing environment.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
