- OBOlga BasharinaMar 18, 20261.0I usually have my hair cut by Patty, who is great. But this time, she wasn’t in, and I had a terrible experience with Teri, a hairstylist. She sprinkled water right into my eyes. Of course, it took me by surprise, and I said, “It scared me.” She said, “It’s your fault—you moved your head,” instead of acknowledging the situation. A little while later, she grabbed my head and abruptly and forcefully moved it to the side (which I didn’t realize was coming), showing in which direction I had moved my head when she sprayed water into my eyes. I should have just left at that point... To cut a long story short, I felt threatened and insulted. In addition, my hairstyle didn’t change from what it was before. I would never, ever have my hair cut by this lady again, and I doubt I would go there again.

I've had some of the best cuts here, and unfortunately, this week I had the worst in many years. The stylist offered a "light trim", which is exactly what I wanted, then proceeded to butcher my hair. Shortest cut in the last decade; it'll take four to six months to grow back to where it should be. Wish I could add her name, but I've never seen them wear nametags and I didn't ask.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
