I mentioned to her that I’ve had some bad experiences in the past and that I’m a little particular about my hair because of it. She took the time to actually listen to what I wanted and made sure everything was done right. The end result honestly exceeded my expectations. She was professional, friendly, and clearly takes pride in her work. It’s not always easy to find someone you can trust with your hair, but she definitely earned my trust today. I’ve already recommended her to a few friends and would absolutely recommend her to anyone looking for a good haircut at this location. According to Google, the Great Clips app, and the sign posted on the shop door, the store opens at 8:00 AM. However, today at 8:20 AM the store was still closed and customers were left waiting outside. Around 8:20 AM, one employee arrived and turned off the “Open” sign while three of us were standing outside. From outside the shop we could clearly see the employee inside, but the store still did not open. While standing outside, I called the store to ask what time they open. The response I received was “we are opening soon.” When I asked how long it might take (10–20 minutes), the response was “I’m not sure.” This situation is frustrating and inconvenient for customers who plan their time based on the posted business hours. If the store is listed as opening at 8:00 AM, customers expect the business to be open and ready to serve at that time. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed so that customers are not left waiting outside without clear information in the future.
