    This is for my girl Kayla. Super fun and knowledgeable. She did my camera ready 90 min makeup. Loved it. Can you guys please pay her commission because she is awesome at makeup and recommending products, I actually didn't buy anything because I wanted her to get the commission not someone else so that was sad. Again, super fun,cool,knowledgeable highly recommend her.

    Not the best customer service at this location or Kohls locationon Coors for that matter. I went in to purchase one of my favorite items and accidentally grabbed the wrong size. I returned within a few hours, and an employee by the name of Ari called me up to the register. I let her know I needed to exchange it for the larger size, and she immediately seemed bothered. She thoroughly inspected the item as if I had done something wrong to it. She never smiled or asked if anyone had helped me, which they normally do. I also mentioned that I’d be using an electronic gift card on my phone, and again she seemed bugged. Before she finished checking me out, I asked if she could let me know what my points were at, and she replied, “They’re on your receipt.” No thank you, no “have a good day,” nothing. Sephora, please train your employees on providing better customer service.

    Omg I was having such a bad day and Steven turned it into the best day. Steven was not only helpful and helped me find a whole routine but he was so patient and kind. Steven really knows his stuff and will take the time to find you the perfect matches. Steven made me have a truly amazing experience. Steven deserves the best!! Give Steven a raise 🫶🏼!!
