    Jude helped me at the front desk and was amazing, I was going to a birthday party and got a gift card. I asked for a smaller bag, he apologized for not having tissue paper and even through in a sample. Small example but rare nowadays! Thank you Jude!

    The thing I hate about places like this Sephora is that everyone is so judgmental. Because I’m plus sized and not very good looking I’m obviously not serious about wanting to buy any cosmetics (that’s sarcasm) No one helped me. Not a single person helped me. I even asked and the employee said “umm I’m busy at the moment”. Want to know how I knew they were lying? Because I stood there and watched as a couple of young thin pretty girls (not their fault they aren’t the villains of this story) walked in and all of the sudden 3 or 4 employees couldn’t hardly wait to go and help them. The same employee who told me she was busy I WATCHED her go over to these girls (along with a few other employees) and be like “oh welcome in can I help you find anything?” Makeup and skincare should be for everyone. Not just the people that you deem worthy of it. So upset. I don’t know that I’ll ever go back into a Sephora again.

    On Saturday, November 29, I went to shop at Sephora and I arrived exactly at 10:00 a.m. when they opened as I wanted to try and beat the holiday crowd. Their doors were open but I wasn’t sure and neither were a lot of other customers that were waiting if we could come in or not. All the employees were standing around the front hanging balloons for a grand opening Of the store. None of us were sure if we could step in so I finally asked an associate If they were open, and she rudely said to me… NO WE ARE NOT! Her reaction was rude… And off-putting. Not hello… good morning… welcome to our grand opening… NOTHING! It was a real miracle that I actually stayed to spend money in their store. after they took their celebration pictures and the cutting of the ribbon, they took a step back into the store and celebrated themselves instead of welcoming anybody into the store. Not one of them asked any single one of us if we needed any help. If there was anything that they could help us find, if we had any questions… Because I did. The store was changed around. Everything was moved around from my last visit so I couldn’t find what I was looking for. They were staffed abundantly but not one single sales clerk acknowledged me even though clearly they saw me looking and roaming around. At last a sales representative from NARS who isn’t employed by Sephora noticed me and asked me if I was finding everything alright and I told him no I wasn’t. He helped me search on his phone for what I was looking for. He genuinely was concerned and he stopped what he was doing to help me. When he asked an actual employee of Sephora where something might be, it didn’t seem to concern her one bit. I ended up buying everything from his company that he represents “ NARS” . In which case I probably never would have tried NARS if it hadn’t been for him. If I were the manager of that store, I’d be retraining my staff for friendlier customer service. ( it really is amazing how much money someone will spend just by being acknowledged). If it were not for their guest representative in their store, I wouldn’t have dropped 200 bucks… I was about to leave and go to Ulta where I know the staff doesn’t behave imperious. That was my experience at Sephora. I hope it’s not yours. Be better do better.

    Me and my fiancé come here quite frequently, we’ve always had a good experience at this establishment, the customer service is always great, we get help each time we come here, the sales representatives always answer questions or help out with product availability, the cashiers are always helpful and engaging, I really don’t understand why they’re so many negative reviews because each time we have been here everything has been awesome.
