There is a long line and he’s worried about asking customers about where they get their hair done, and just chit chatting, asking customers how to spell their name and where the name came from (unrelated to the rewards) I think JUDE should’ve noticed the other cashier was dealing with a situation that required more attention and should’ve prioritized the wait time of the line since it was longer. You can still provide great customer service and rapport without being inconsiderate to everyone else’s time.

He had such a positive attitude the entire time and made the experience feel fun and easy. We’ll definitely be coming back and asking for him specifically. Sephora is lucky to have him!

I know that this location has been under renovations for some time , but the degree of ongoing post-construction filth, dust, and poor lighting is incongruous with a brand marketing mid to higher end products. Feels like a trashy shop.
