- NSNicole StephensJun 3, 20221.0I went to this business over 17 years ago I met my hairstylist that was my hairstylist for 17 years she was amazing she left I decided to return to Renaissance hair salon and I called I made an appointment which is not a challenging task but evidently nobody put my appointment down so when I got there the receptionist her name is Ray told me that I didn’t have an appointment pretty much made it seem as though it was my fault when I contacted her back to asked to speak to the owner she hung up on me I cannot believe how poor the service has gone after 17 years do you not go to this place really it’s not worth your time
