One was perfectly happy with the outcome, had a stylist who was communicative, confirmed how much she wanted cut off before making her first cut, and the final cut looks great. The other is so upset because the woman cut off way too much, never confirmed with her how much was going to be cut, and the final product is nothing close to an even cut. I could easily do better as a single dad with zero haircuts under my belt. While we were happy with one stylist, I can't say that we will return.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
