- BCBella CastanedaNov 30, 20251.0I went in for a haircut today and had a really disappointing experience. First off, the customer service was not great. The stylist I was given didn’t greet me at all, she was too busy talking to the other stylists. I also overheard them talking badly about customers after they left, which was extremely unprofessional. When she finally asked what I wanted, I explained clearly: I wanted layers, with less than half an inch taken off my longest layer because my hair reached the middle of my back, and I wanted to keep that length. For the shorter layer, I asked for about an inch and a half to two inches off. Instead, she cut my hair WAY too short. It’s now almost shoulder length, and the layers are not only invisible, but my longest layer is actually shorter than the “shorter” layers. It makes no sense and looks nothing like what I asked for. For someone who has been at this location longer than some of the newer stylists, the work was honestly terrible. I paid but didn’t tip, and she stormed off afterward, which just added to how unprofessional the whole experience was. The only stylist at this location worth going to is Gabriella.

I love my hair cut so very much. I usually dont get my hair cut this way but I stepped out of my comfort zone and tried something new and Felicia made me so happy thankful and grateful that I chose this place to get my hair cut.
