Myself and my dog were out of there in about 10 minutes. Everyone there polite, friendly and I'm glad I got there to get my hair cut. 👍🏻

- RSRobert H SmithNov 17, 20251.0I am a 75-year-old military veteran. I drove 40 miles to come into Albuquerque to run errands. My first stop was at the Eubank Great Clips. Since this was my regular, I timed my trip too get there at opening time… 9am. I got there at 5 minutes after and the door was locked. There was a hair dresser in there and it turned out a woman customer who was waiting. The hair dresser let me in and said another hair dresser would be there shortly and they would get us both cut. Turns out she was late and didn’t have her “Open” chores done. It was 20 after 9 before the woman customer sat to get her hair cut. In the meantime, the second hair dresser came in about15 after in a whirlwind… late to work. I sat and waited until she got all of her “Open” chores done. While she did that another man came in and had evidently signed in On-line. She was ready to cut about 9:45 and instead of calling me for my cut, she called the guy that came in after me. When He sat in the chair, I stood up, waved, said thank you and walked out the door. This blonde hairdresser (name unknown) followed me out, making all these excuses and begged me to come back. When I walked in the door, she started in again with more lame excuses. I just turned around and left. Either incompetence and/or drugs seemed to be involved. I would have fired her on the spot. Anyway, I left and went to Great Clips on Wyoming near Menaul. I got right in. I was treated with dignity and respect. I got a great haircut and had a good visit. I will go here from now on.
