To have the manager say a rude comment about me without any issues on my part is unprofessional. Im sure she's wealthy enough to shush customers away before she even greets them. Her chair stays occupied I guess. She will catch the right one.

The stylist did not cut or trim the back, she buzzed the sides unevenly with zero blending, the bangs are textured too heavily and the few strands that are left come to a point. The sides and back have the bowl effect and it's lumpy all over. This stylist does not listen to the client. Instead, she insists this is how his hair grows. Photo1 is the picture he gave the stylist. Photo 2 was taken the day of the cut. Photo 3 is two days after the cut. Photo 4 is one week after the cut. We are due a refund.
