I've had some of the best cuts here, and unfortunately, this week I had the worst in many years. The stylist offered a "light trim", which is exactly what I wanted, then proceeded to butcher my hair. Shortest cut in the last decade; it'll take four to six months to grow back to where it should be. Wish I could add her name, but I've never seen them wear nametags and I didn't ask.
