I showed the man that was cutting my hair the picture 4 times. He said it was totally do able but I needed some layers in it. I said ok, just please don't cut off all my length or give me bangs. Especially the bangs part. I did not want bangs and it was ok to cut my hair enough to bring the bangs to the length of my hair so they blended in. It wasn't much to bring those two together to make it all one length. I do need to add that without my glasses on, I am blind. I could not see what was being done to my hair until it was done. Once he was done, I out my glasses on and looked down, way more hair was on the ground than I ever wanted. I looked in the mirror and was in shock. My hair was almost gone compared to how long it was before. My bangs had been cut so short that I couldn't even tuck them behind my ears any longer. I paid and went home to see if it was really that short or I was just over exaggerating in my mind. Nope. It's terrible. I have played with the haircut in every way possible and it's terrible. One side is longer than the other. One side I have terribly short bangs with layers below so it kind of blend but the other side it's chopped, short bangs and then nothing to the hair below my ears. There is not one nice thing about this hair cut. The worst part is everything was cut so short and so terribly that there isn't anyway to have it fixed. I have to live with this terrible hair cut until it grows out. My hair grows very slowly, hence why I didn't want much taken off to begin with. I will never be back to this salon and I hope others can see that there haven't been very many good hair cuts out of this location. It's frustrating to have to walk around with my hair this terrible. **Edit to add: I did reach out and they said they would be forwarding the review to the owner. Looks like it's just a circle of horrible customer service too.
