I *ran* to this salon after work on a Saturday using online check in, and the wait time was minimal. The stylist performed a miracle and balanced out the layers for me and it looks SOOOOOO MUCH better now. Absolutely wonderful service, professional, fast, skilled, and super nice. Would definitely recommend this spot for anyone, anytime, and will be back.

I was told Dana was no longer working here and that nobody knew how to do a layered cut. The lady that was recommended to do the cut refused to cut my grandson hair because she was leaving when i was told she's here untill 4p. Frustrated, I asked, Where is Dana working at now? They told me in Rio Rancho on Southern. I wasn't given an address or a phone number. The manager was in the back and she didn't even come out to help me. For the ungrateful treatment, I brought my grandson to Dana in Rio Rancho, Great Clips. Dana is always a great joy to see and always does a great job to give my grandson his haircut. Thank you Dana. 💯 I will now bring bringing my grandson to Rio Rancho Great Clips.
