Brow and Lash Tint services: If you have never had dye or tint on your hair, brows, or lashes, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a tint service. Just drop by your nearest Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Say no to self-tanning or spray tanning for 24 hours before and after your tinting service. Brow Lamination services: If you have allergies to hair dye or perming solutions, you must have a 24-hour patch test* before receiving a lamination service. Swing by your local Benefit to get one, no appointment required. Make sure you haven't had a brow lamination within the 6 weeks prior to your appointment. *48 hours in some countries

We get it, things happen! We’ll do our best to accommodate. However, if you’re more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your spot may be given to another customer.

Refer to the age minimum when booking to see whether you’ll need a parent or guardian present at the time of appointment to give consent for the service.

You can make an appointment online or visit the store directly for your brow services or product purchases. Appointments are recommended but walk-ins are accepted.

Each Benefit Brow service includes a personalized consultation, Brow Mapping to identify your ideal brow shape, hair removal or grooming as needed, and styling to make your brows look their best.

Brow Mapping is a personalized technique to find the best start, arch, and end points of your eyebrows and identify hairs to remove. It ensures you get a brow shape tailored specifically for you.

For tint services, a 24-hour patch test is required if you never had dye on hair or lashes. Avoid self-tanning 24 hours before and after. For brow lamination, a patch test is needed if allergic to hair dye or perming solutions, and you should not have had lamination in the last 6 weeks.

If you're more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, your slot may be given to another customer. It's best to arrive on time to ensure your service goes smoothly.
