I arrived well before closing (about 20 minutes before 7 PM), and was repeatedly approached by not one, but multiple sales associates telling me the store was closing and I should come back another day. Meanwhile, there were plenty of other customers shopping who were never approached or rushed. The way I was treated felt rude and unnecessary, especially considering the time and the fact that I wasn’t lingering or holding anyone up. It left me feeling unwelcome and singled out for no apparent reason. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long. I’ve never had this kind of experience at other Sephora locations, and I will definitely not be returning to this one again.
