  disrespected, belittled, and embarrassed are the three words to describe my interactions with the employees when trying to return an item. even with sephora customer service on the phone they continued to be rude, arrogant, and just flat out disrespectful. i suggest staying away from this store if you want to have a pleasant experience

  I had a very disappointing experience I had a very disappointing experience at the Sephora in Montvale. I arrived well before closing (about 20 minutes before 7 PM), and was repeatedly approached by not one, but multiple sales associates telling me the store was closing and I should come back another day. Meanwhile, there were plenty of other customers shopping who were never approached or rushed. The way I was treated felt rude and unnecessary, especially considering the time and the fact that I wasn’t lingering or holding anyone up. It left me feeling unwelcome and singled out for no apparent reason. This level of customer service is unacceptable, especially from a brand I’ve supported for so long. I’ve never had this kind of experience at other Sephora locations, and I will definitely not be returning to this one again.
