He was extremely rude. I maintained my calm a couple of times but I had to ask him to stop my haircut when he rudely tried to push my head. He had absolutely no remorse and neither apologized. Customer service was thrown out of the window at this instance. While I was assigned someone else to do the haircut, this will always be a sore experience. I hope some action is taken against this guy so that the store keeps up with its ratings.
