Just got out of the salon and The barber was very aggressive and extremely rude, poor customer service. Very disappointing. He was not welcoming even before I got in the chair. Unfortunately I will have to go somewhere else.

He was extremely rude. I maintained my calm a couple of times but I had to ask him to stop my haircut when he rudely tried to push my head. He had absolutely no remorse and neither apologized. Customer service was thrown out of the window at this instance. While I was assigned someone else to do the haircut, this will always be a sore experience. I hope some action is taken against this guy so that the store keeps up with its ratings.
