We brought our all-woman team to Blende for a corporate event and honestly loved every minute of it. We made custom lipsticks, and the experience was fun, easy, and incredibly well run. The team was so welcoming and helpful, walked us through everything, and made sure everyone felt comfortable and taken care of.
The space is clean, bright, and easy to work in, which made the whole event feel relaxed but still special. Pricing felt very fair for how customized everything was, and we loved that the products are vegan and organic.
The colors turned out so good on everyone - to the point where we all got a little carried away and ordered extra things for ourselves because we were genuinely excited. Such a great experience all around. Would absolutely do this again and highly recommend Blende for team or corporate events.

Had a great experience here getting custom foundation and lipstick. Nicole took her time getting the match "just right" and listened to what I wanted while also making helpful suggestions. I'm not a "make-up person" and struggle to find the right color, this experience made it painless and easy.

Last Christmas I bought a gift card for my friend to receive makeup lessons. She went in and tried to redeem the gift card but the gift card wouldn’t work. Despite that it’s clearly their own gift card, they asked that I produce a receipt to prove I purchased the gift card.
And you send me a note telling me that my review is damaging? What is damaging is that you took my money, you mailed me a gift card that is only able to be acquired at your store and now you're requiring me to prove I bought and/or used it. That is damaging.
See their note below: they actually wanted my friend to verify that she did or did not use the card. How can she possibly do that when it's THEIR ISSUED CARD?

While it’s a fun experience my first time and spent at least 250.00 on product- they are awful at customer service.
That same day when we went our first time-We put a deposit down for a make up party too because we were excited to share with friends. We scheduled 11 of us to go back but they cancelled about 3 days before we were scheduled to go saying the partner couldn’t be there and they had no other staff -We tried a few other dates that didn’t work for the partners or for us -they needed both to be there I suppose-so after a month of trying I wanted to use the money from my deposit to buy a gift card and product-the one owner said keep it as credit and keep trying to reschedule-I still purchased a gift card... after months of trying to collect dates on BOTH ends to see what feasible with the store and 11 friends -as the summer then holidays kicked in-I finally gave up getting 11 people together -it was too difficult and i was over zealous to think I could get this many working women together again -so I first asked if I could get a refund and it was a NO! There was No discussion or alternative solution (for example I offered that would have bought additional product!) it was NO! Keep in mind we had a discussion with Kiara they day we booked it and she said if we can’t get the party going she would work with us re the deposit since they just started their business. My last interaction with her was on 11/21 via email and when I expressed my huge disappointment and that I would even purchase product as an alternative Kiara finally said she’d “get back to me “....it’s 12/31!
I would have purchased product by now and likely would have booked a much smaller party in coming months for a friend who is sensitive to make up but I think she could use this one had they been more accommodating.
I’ll accept no refund if you allow me to purchase product—What’s the difference where the money is used? Explain that to me????
Clearly they need a lesson on accommodating their customers or are in need of my 200.00 badly!! They clearly need help in their shop and quite frankly it seems like the 2 partners are on 2 pages. You can’t please everyone I know but you can try!
Ps the foundation was great but the eye shadow hardly stays
