I know - the Hair Cuttery is a corporate brand - which can be a reason for pause, but this location in West Berlin, NJ really has a team of experts! The way the location runs makes it feel like a high end boutique salon, not in price - but in the experience and knowledge of the team and the amazing end results for the customers that I’ve witnessed over the years. The whole space and all the stylist stations are constantly wiped down, swept and kept clean. The environment is so friendly and inviting. The team works together to help meet customer wishes and works with the customer during consultations for expectations - and exceeds them from what I’ve also seen. I highly recommend the West Berlin, NJ location!!!

I am 63 years old and have been navigating hairdressers more years than I can count but all that changed when I started seeing Alexis. She is the most patient and sweetest person and she took so much time explaining how I could get the highlights I had been wanting for so many years without having to compromise the health of my hair. The highlights she puts in my hair are beautiful and so natural and my hair has never been as healthy as it is now. Alexis really knows what she is doing but let's you voice your wants and concerns before using her expertise to give you what you are looking for. I HIGHLY recommend you make an appointment with her. You won't be disappointed!!!

Shannon knows exactly what to do and gives the best fashion colors a girl could ask for. She has made me almost every color of the rainbow. While Shannon has been the only one to touch my hair. The entire crew at berlin is 10/10. Britt, Nicole, Lisa, Lisa B, Donna, Mickey, and everyone else are so welcoming and put their everything into their work. I couldn't ask for a better salon. These people have become a second family to me. Thank you for your dedication and teamwork you show everyday!

I can trust any and all of them with my hair. They make you feel like family. Ashley normally does my hair she is great to talk to but if she is busy I go to McKenzie or any of the other staff. They are all amazing all funny and fun to be around. Shannon can crack me up when I’m having the worse day. Lisa B is a great manager and so friendly to the crew. Lisa R is another amazing manager and great to the crew and the guest. Nicole knows what hair cut I want right when I walk in. Alexis remembers my kids name and is good with kids. Mackenzie knew how to calm my kid down for a hair cut better than I could. Donna is a delight and so friendly. Toni is also polite. Mickey has amazing stories never dull with him. Julie always has a toy to give to my oldest for his hair cut. Brittany always has snacks to give and has a heart of gold. They don’t just cut my hair they make me feel like family. I’ll always go to this hair cuttery. If I left anyone out I’m sorry but I’m sure I got everyone. Amazing service every time
