  I had such a great experience with Cina! She did an amazing job on my haircut and paid close attention to all the details I mentioned. She really listened to what I wanted and made it even better than I imagined. She’s so sweet and easy to talk to.

  I had a very negative experience following my 11 year old daughter’s recent appointment. After the visit, I received an email that went far beyond normal hair care advice. The stylist made alarming claims about potential medical issues and hair loss while also dictating how I should care for my child’s hair at home. The most alarming part of this email is that my daughter has been going here for years and not one concern was made to me prior until I received this email. The tone was inappropriate and felt more like a lecture and a threat than professional guidance. I responded with reasonable questions and attempted to address my concerns directly. My message was ignored, and when I asked for the manager’s name so I could escalate the matter appropriately, that information was not provided. The email came from the company email address so I believe management must be aware and if they are not, I would hope they would learn from this and monitor their communication better. The lack of professionalism and refusal to respond to a concerned parent is unacceptable. Businesses should be willing to stand behind their communication and address concerns instead of avoiding them. Based on how this situation was handled, I would highly caution parents from using this establishment.

  I’ve been coming here consistently and Christina does a great job with my hair every time. She knows exactly how to make my hair flattering and just as I like it. Easy online booking makes it simple to fit my appointments into my crazy schedule. I’ve gotten a good massage upstairs too. A secret spa hidden in Wayne. Highly recommend.

  While my spa pedicure was decent it wasn’t what I’d consider a spa experience..,and my facial ended up horrible .. with red burned and patchy red skin discoloration.. not sure what caused it but after esthetician noticed it she didn’t want to do anything to help .. was hour later after my spa pedicure someone called another esthetician to take a look and she apply cool towel and attempt to soothe the. Pain ,and after 6 hours I’m still in pain from this .. I have had many facials in my day but never one quite like this . This isn’t a professional spa and I’d stay away . My daughter who came with me enjoyed her facial with a different esthetician , but she hated the massage saying it was the worst she ever got .
