- ARArmani RichJan 21, 20261.0Literally just left this location, 6:50pm 01/21/26 3 girls behind Sephora register. Not one person acknowledged me or asked if i needed anything. Two looked at me, one was helping customer at register and didn’t even have decency to say “hi how are u welcome in”…. Is this what customer service has come to?? I was walking around for 5-6 mins looking for topicals eye matches when i went around row after row and finally decided to ask for help. I asked did they have the topical eye patches while one girl wore eye patches at work. They all said no, instead of saying, “well we do have these would you like to try these instead” it was a dead end no, i immediately felt out of place and ready to go . Please do better !!! This is crazy
- DSDenise SantiagoJan 17, 20241.0The lady on duty named Leslie was EXTREMELY RUDE, SHORT, CURT, ARGUMENTATIVE & she just seemed like she did not want to be bothered. As I was looking for what I needed I overheard her nasty & rude treatment of the previous customer, I was hoping I could find what I needed & not have to deal with her. Unfortunately, I could not find what I needed which was the YOU perfume so I had to ask her and her response “Free Standing Store” so I asked her “what is that” & she said “free standing store like I told you” I then told her she was rude to me & the lady before me so she started arguing with me & then told me she wasn’t going to argue with me. I was beside myself because the only one arguing was HER! She then proceeded to state I was belittling her. I was like “What?” I think she needs a new job. This Sephora is the worst one I’ve ever shopped at.

- JJjanetteDec 24, 20222.0Came to return an item that was too harsh for my skin, was told that I cannot return without the packaging but policy clearly claims that items are valid with or without the packaging!! weird. I then asked if i’d be able to pull up my email receipt but got dismissed because of the uncertainty of where the packaging was. Very confusing when theres a policy put forward and its not followed.
