The second haircut is fine accept I asked for gentle shampoo on my scalp because I have been having hair loss and other issues. Well she was scratching my scalp so much during washing that when I left and was driving home my scalp was burning from the scratch marks left behind on scalp. Why would any hair dresser scratch your scalp to begin with when it is bad for your scalp and also for hair regrowth. Now I have to go to Dr to check on my scalp. I am a type 1 diabetic also. I don’t understand why any hairdresser will use nails when clearly it is not the best way to wash someone’s hair. 😡

I always bring pictures to show the girls too …. but for some reason they just don’t get it? No one here can do a nice skin fade, which in this day and age is a pretty standard cut all barbers should be able to do. Honestly stay away. Richards is just down the street. These chain barbers always stink. Anyone that’s good will move on once they get some experience.
