Asked about a certain Este Lauder foundation shade, and was told because it was Kohls, they don't carry every shade. But then again the clerk couldn't get her face out of texting on her phone long enough to check. First and last time shopping there.

Asked if they carried a particular brand at that location and they said“I don’t know” and that I’ll have to check the store to see. Another time I asked about a product and I was told to read the box because they didn’t know anything about it. Can’t make this stuff up! Hire people that are experienced or have better training.
