  It’s not every day that I’m pleasantly surprised by customer service at checkout, but today truly stood out. I had to return an item because the scent ended up being different than expected, and I was honestly bracing myself for a difficult experience—but it was the complete opposite. The associate at Sephora at Kohl’s was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding. She handled everything with such a positive attitude and made me feel genuinely cared for. I never felt like a burden or rushed—she went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Moments like this are why I continue to love shopping at Sephora. Exceptional customer service like hers truly makes all the difference!

  Great Sephora the thing is I was looking forward to a Sephora bag when you check out, but since it was kohls, I got a kohls one. Which sucked for me but it was ok! Testers weren't very messy.

  The website claimed there were multiple items available for store pick up. So I ordered it online and received a confirmation email asking me to wait for official verification that it’s ready. One hour later it was canceled claiming sold-out. So I placed another order at a different store, under the same circumstances… low and behold one hour later that order was also canceled and that location was also updated as sold out. Very frustrating.
