  I love Sephora! Every time i go almost all the staff greets us and ask if we need help with anything! They are always so sweet and helpful! 10/10!

  Went to redeem a gift, two receptionists talking to each other ignoring me for 3 mins. I finally get some help, and they tell me I have to go to an “actual” Sephora to redeem my gift. “Actual” Sephora is 30 minutes away and doesn’t have what I want in stock, so now I have to wait on a virtual waitlist to get what I was promised. Ridiculous.

  I bought some cologne and talked to a lady who worked here about the difference between face wash and face exfoliating, so bravo to that kind girl that helped me in dire times of need of answers to questions that must be answered quant.

  Had a wonderful experience here! I was not able to get a name, unfortunately, but a woman who I see working all the time was really able to point me in the right direction. I asked her for some advice on lip products, and she told me all about her favorite brands! She went through every shade until we found the perfect one and when I used it for the first time today I loved the way it looked. She has a true passion for makeup and it showed through her performance!
