  Very disappointed with this salon. Went in as a first time customer after seeing the work they produced on Instagram. Had to make a consultation appointment before getting it colored which I thought was odd but with the Covid restrictions I figured this was there new system. After arriving for my appointment time i apologized to the front desk for being a little early (about 20 minutes before my appointment) one of the hairstylist in the lobby then made an insulting joke about it and walked away. Through out the rest of the appointment my stylist seemed to be distracted and in a rush to get done with my hair since I was her last client of the night and she was talking about her “plans” to another stylist. And In her doing so my hair suffered for it! I went in for a blonde balayage and in turn received a terrible dye job that is patchy and not blonde but gray. Best part was my hair was already blonde just needed to be re-toned and the blonde brought back up to the roots a little. Not to mention I payed a fortune for my hair to be gray! So disappointed I would not recommend this salon if you are looking for a GOOD color job.

  Come one! Come all! You’re invited to read this review! This review is on stylist Ashley P, as well as the owner of the salon, I only know her internet handle “joeidfox”. My wedding day started just as you’d expect; hair and makeup started rather quickly. Everything was going fine, so I thought. It wasn’t until after the girls quickly packed up and left that it was brought to my attention that Ashley had broken a piece of glass in the bridal suite. She had a heat resistant mat down that clearly didn’t work and broke the glass. Not only did it break, she never told anyone and HID IT IN A DRAWER! When I found out I told the lady I had been working with at the venue. I gave them her contact information and the salon’s. The owner of the salon said they aren’t liable because I didn’t find her through the salon. (I was given her name from another vendor). What’s funny is, the owner knew the whole time given she was in the room when it happened. Ashley refuses to answer phone calls or texts. Which means I’m liable for the piece SHE BROKE given that I had a contract with the venue. Thank goodness I didn’t use Ashley for her floral wedding business. These two lack integrity. Don’t be foolish and use their services (hair, floral arrangements, etc) or you may be paying for something you had nothing to do with!
