- KTKarishma TawdeMar 28, 20261.0Pls DO NOT GO HERE. THE STORE HAS A VERY R******* manager who refuses to even answer your questions, forget helping you. The lady in to store turned a completely deaf ear to me when I asked her to check me in on billing with my membership number. I asked her thrice if she can add my number into my invoice, she turned a deaf ear at first and then when I said l I am talking to you, lady”, she said in front of all the customers - “bye, I am busy”. This is after buying cosmetics worth 250$! They treat you horribly here. You’d think being an Estée Lauder store outlet, these things don’t happen there, but the lady ensured I will never step foot into cosmetics company store anywhere again! There’s another store called “luxury beauty” in the same outlet mall, which is a Lancome Brand outlet and the staff there treated me with so much love and were welcoming! All on the same day, in the same outlet mall!!
