- APApril Parente4 days ago5.0I’ve been going to the Woodhouse Day Spa for a few years now and no place compares in my opinion. From the moment you walk in they make you feel comfortable and relaxed. Everyone is super nice! I love the waiting rooms with the robes, slippers, teas and water. So calming. And everyone I’ve ever went to for a massage or facial is super skilled and knowledgeable. I had a facial treatment today with Chuck and I highly recommend using him! The BEST! I can’t wait to book future appointments with him!
- DFDani Fleischer5 days ago1.0Just so you’re aware, if you do not arrive at least 10 min early so that your massage can begin at EXACTLY the time of your appointment, they will cut your massage short. I was about 3 min late for a 4:00 appointment, so by the time I changed and got to the room, my actual massage started at 4:11 (I checked). And the masseuse still stopped at exactly 5:20. Not only do they not allow for a single minute of tardiness, they don’t even allow for an on-time arrival! Even if I had arrived at exactly 4:00, I would not have received my full massage. Nowhere in any of their emails did it say to arrive early, and somehow, those 3 minutes cost me over 10 minutes of my massage. At the prices that they charge, it’s an absolutely ridiculous system - if you’re not disrobed and lying on the table at the minute of your appointment, you will not get the full service. I've bought my husband gift cards there a handful of times, which I will never do again. I have NEVER experienced a business in the service industry that cuts your service short even if you arrive on time. They should be embarrassed to charge those rates and provide the kind of service they do. And fwiw I never leave reviews. I certainly have never left a bad one before. I’m not an indiscriminate complainer. But this just seemed ridiculous.

I was expecting more, I would say, because of the price of the massage, but I’ve had much better massages at less pricier places like Hand and Stone. I think sometimes it’s just a matter of finding the right masseuse for you that is a great fit, but for me I wouldn’t say it was the best fit for me. I wouldn’t be opposed to coming back here and maybe giving it another shot, but I wouldn’t say I was over the moon with my experience either.

I booked a deep tissue massage, and while it was soothing, I didn’t quite feel the level of knot work or muscle release I was hoping for. That said, the experience was still enjoyable overall, and the staff was professional. I would recommend this spa and would likely return to try a different treatment or therapist.

Spa Reservations
To ensure your preferred appointment time, it is recommended you schedule your spa experience with as much advance notice as possible or at the conclusion of your last experience. Our professional staff allocates time especially for each guest, therefore, a credit card is requested to guarantee these reservations. All spa experiences are subject to availability. Menu service and prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Credit cards are required to reserve all appointments, including those using gift cards. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Spa Arrivals
To begin your spa journey in a relaxed state, we ask that you arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. For a new guest, please allow 30 minutes to accommodate completion of your guest profile. Spa robes, slippers, private lockers and beverages are provided for your comfort. Delayed arrival will limit the time for your experience, reducing the effectiveness of your treatment and the expectations of your visit. In consideration of other spa guests, service time will not be extended for delayed arrivals, and the full price of your service will be charged. Please notify our staff if there are any special physical or medical needs or conditions they need to consider prior to your services (i.e. pregnancy, food or product sensitivities or aggressive medications). We recommend that valuable items be left at home. Woodhouse is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Spa Cancellations or Rescheduling
As a courtesy, you will receive a confirmation of your reservation prior to your arrival. Should the need arise to cancel or reschedule reservations, a 24-hour advance notice is required. A 48-hour advance notice is required for any spa packages and multiple treatments lasting more than 2 hours. Insufficient notice to cancel or reschedule reservations are subject to charges up to full service value. All no show reservations will be assessed a charge at full value of services. Spa Parties are subject to terms of agreement for cancellations.
Spa Requirements
We accept guests of all ages, however, some services may require parental release before the services can be rendered. So that all guests may experience a pleasant and peaceful environment, we ask that only those receiving services accompany you to the spa.
Spa Payments, Gratuity, and Gift Cards
Payments are accepted in the form of Cash, most Major Credit Cards and Woodhouse Spa Gift Cards.Woodhouse gift card contains value which may be used to purchase products and services at face value. This card cannot be used to purchase other gift cards. The card must be presented at time of purchase and the available balance will be applied to the transaction. Prices vary by spa and are subject to change without notice. Spa locations are individually owned franchises solely responsible for any and all gift card liabilities at their respective locations. Redemption of this card is subject to certain restrictions and expirations set by each spa location or state regulation. Should this card be redeemed at another location, the card will be redeemed at face value. This card is non-refundable and may not be redeemed for cash. Any unused balance will remain on the card. This card is not transferable and Woodhouse is not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged or unauthorized use of the card. No express or implied warranties apply. Series of services are not refundable, but can be converted to spa credit. There will be a $50.00 fee each time a check is returned as well as any incurred charges for collection of payment owed. Gratuities are not included in the value of the services and are at the discretion of the guest.
Spa Products and Returns
In the event you are not satisfied with a skin or body care product, you will be given spa credit if the product is returned within 30 days of purchase. For other retail items, a refund will be issued as spa credit or back in the form of which payment was received within 30 days of purchase.
