- CRChris RandleMar 20, 20261.0I have been coming to this barbershop for close to 2 years, and until recently, I never had a serious issue. There is a gentleman there who I know is the manager, and he is a very skilled barber. Most of the staff range somewhere between okay and good, but I would not say great. Most of the time you will walk out feeling satisfied. Unfortunately, my last haircut was a complete disaster. I asked for a 4 on the sides with my sideburns blended into my facial hair, and not only was it not what I asked for, it was completely wrong and seriously messed up the way my hair looked. It was honestly ridiculous. I did not want to make a scene, so I paid and left, then immediately went to Alex's Barber Shop in Kenvil to get it fixed. Andrew there stepped in and corrected the mistake, even giving me a discount to help me out. I later called to explain what happened and asked if they could offer a free haircut next time since I had to pay twice to correct their mistake. I was told the best they could do was a $5 off coupon, which everyone already receives after a visit. That did not feel like a real attempt to make things right. At the end of the day, I was just disappointed. Great Clips lost a customer and Alex's Barber Shop earned one.

Arrived in time for the 15 minute text notification, was 2nd on the screen, after 30 minutes inquired about the wait time after several people were taken before me with no change to the list. It was only then explained that I needed to check in at the counter as well by the stylist who was helping no one and returned to sit down at their chair. Was given a 5-20 minute estimate, ran an errand, came back and a walk in was taken before me. A new customers question was answered. I said to please take me off the list and the woman called out "take that girl off the list" after addressing the new customer again. I mentioned it had been 50 minutes at this point and got blank stares. Wasted enough time there that I figured i could spare 5 more minutes to let others know my experience.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
