- JJJase5 days ago1.0The worste styler every never going to use hum again. The only reason I used him because the person I go to was not there. My son went. The person cutting his hair was so mean he got mad because my son had gel in his hair. Not that much is hair was still regular. So then he spread water on it. Other person I like he washes it. The other woman there was so mean too she said to him do not care about it. He did not get a tip and he will be getting a call from to supervisor soon.

The stylist seemed very new and inexperienced. Even after explaining multiple times, the haircut kept getting worse. My sideburns are uneven and clearly different widths. I understand everyone needs to learn, and I usually give the benefit of the doubt—but this was too much. Great Clips used to be decent (if not the best), but it now feels like untrained staff are being put to work. Prices keep increasing, yet the quality is going down. Very frustrating experience.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
