  I had a very disappointing experience at Great Clips on Tuesday evening around 6:00 PM. I took my 3-year-old daughter for a haircut. She sat calmly throughout, without any tantrums—just slight natural head movements expected for a child her age. However, the stylist was rude from the beginning and did not seem interested in providing a friendly or professional service. Additionally, my 3-year-old and 7-year-old picked up lollipops from the counter. I immediately corrected them and asked my older child to request permission first. When she politely asked, the stylist responded harshly with “No” and said, “Didn’t you hear what mommy said?” in an unfriendly tone. This interaction was unnecessary and upsetting for my children. Overall, this was a stressful and unpleasant experience. I would not recommend this location, especially for young children.

  Came in a half hour before close to get my sons hair cut and the person working gave not only me but my whole family a terrible look , I would’ve compensated her for any extra time if that was even a problem but they just lost me and all my boys buisness. So sad the other woman was not there, this time but I’ll never come back here again

  I had a terrible experience at Great Clips today. I checked in online and arrived at 7:20 p.m., about 40 minutes before closing. The stylist gave me a huge hassle, refusing to even start the haircut because I was late. He explicitly said he didn’t want to cut the top of my hair because of that. When he finally did, it was a disaster—he ignored all my requests, and it felt like a pity favor. I should have checked the reviews before going—this place does not deserve any stars. Definitely not coming back, and I strongly advise others to avoid it.

  My experiences here have been a bit hit or miss. I started coming here in early 2024, and my absolute favorite stylist was Josey, I genuinely miss her so much. She was the only person who consistently gave me an amazing haircut and truly understood how to do layers, especially for men with thick hair. Ever since she left this location, my haircuts just haven’t turned out the way I hoped. Josey really knew what she was doing, and I still find myself wondering where she’s working now because I desperately need good layers again. If the owner happens to read this, it would be an absolute game changer if you could share where Josey is working now or how to contact her. I would be beyond grateful, seriously, PLEASE 😭🙏 If anyone happens to have her LinkedIn or knows where she is now, I’d really appreciate it! I will definitely think about increasing the rating if this can happen!

  Called Dec 29 on Monday and was told if I come in Tuesday I could get a Senior haircut for $11. I made a reservation for the one on Oak Tree Road. I went in and still waited 20 minutes with a appointment! When it was my turn, I was told their is no $11 senior discounted haircut at all. Place is clueless and useless!
