During this time, the lady that was “helping” us was extremely rude and passive aggressive. She acted as if we were stupid and inconveniencing her when we needed help. She was barely any help at all. This location has little to nothing in stock yet this employee acted as if we were dumb for not knowing. Maybe instead of being rude when asked if something was available you should have explained that some things were not available when you showed us the particular sections. At check out, the same woman was rude and rushed me (there was no line behind me) while the other two employees huddled together and were talking. Overall this sephora is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to and this woman needs to be dealt with. I do not have her name but she was an older lady with caked on makeup, on the shorter side, and had her hair in the messiest bun I have ever seen in my life. This beyond disappointing and disgustingly unprofessional.
- LHlisa haroldMay 27, 20241.0My daughter and I went to exchange some perfumes for the larger size, first no one greeted us there were 2/3 woman working and about 3 customers we were at the fragrance area for a while and fi ally asked for some assistance the first lady had a shifty attitude and seemed like she didn't want to be bothered the second one was ok but when my daughter went to touch a perfume that was in the draw while the lady was trying to look if they had the size I wanted she yelled at my daughter and told her “don't touch anything in my draw” I instantly told my daughter lets go because I didn't want to go there because I've experienced their customer service and decided not to shop there anymore I went across the street and shipped at ultra, and as usual the experience was amazing, from the greeting to the we walked out.
