  The lady working now was so help full and polite. It’s good to have someone who helps around when you don’t know stuff. She’s alone yet handled very well!!

  I came in here with my two friends just so each of us could grab a couple things we needed. During this time, the lady that was “helping” us was extremely rude and passive aggressive. She acted as if we were stupid and inconveniencing her when we needed help. She was barely any help at all. This location has little to nothing in stock yet this employee acted as if we were dumb for not knowing. Maybe instead of being rude when asked if something was available you should have explained that some things were not available when you showed us the particular sections. At check out, the same woman was rude and rushed me (there was no line behind me) while the other two employees huddled together and were talking. Overall this sephora is the absolute worst one I’ve ever been to and this woman needs to be dealt with. I do not have her name but she was an older lady with caked on makeup, on the shorter side, and had her hair in the messiest bun I have ever seen in my life. This beyond disappointing and disgustingly unprofessional.
