- NNnandini2 days ago1.0Horrible haircut... My son was in to have a haircut on Sunday when he witnessed another customer having a haircut by the indian lady who is at the closest chair to us. Apparently the man's son who has special needs, and he had asked her to just trim the boy's hair. She took it upon herself to just do a complete haircut which they did not ask for. She wasnt mean, but she didnt seem interested in making the boy comfortable, but just to rush and get the haircut done. Several times he overheard the boy say "ouch' to which she just kept cutting. Usually when you finish a haircut the stylist cleans and dusts the hair off, which she did not do. When they got up to pay my son saw that the boy's hair had a gap. It was very clear that she was not interested in doing this child's haircut for god knows what personal reason. In any case im sure they will not be back, and after seeing that neither will we.

Even after clearly explaining the hairstyle I wanted and showing a photo reference, she did not listen and ignored my instructions. This is a serious professionalism issue. A stylist who cannot respect or follow a customer’s preferences should not be providing haircuts. Management needs to take action, as this leads to complete customer dissatisfaction.

Really felt disappointed by the haircut done by a lady. Even after showing pictures she has done what she knows which made me look very awkward.I don't suggest this place to anyone.

I had to complain and asked her to do it again. She was not happy after that. I would never come back to this place. They need people with good customer service skill and know how to cut hair.
