But the lady is serious as if she knows all hair styles. First she showed me cutting 1-2inch later she cut down everything and at last her answer was different. How this lady is so serious as if she knows everything and at last she cutdown all my long hair to short. later when I asked her she said you wanted long layers I don’t know what she listened. The owner who is giving response should feel shame bcoz for this branch so many negative reviews. He didn’t changed the worker.
