    Drove over 30 minutes for my birthday gift, waited in holiday lines, just to be told that they “ran out of birthday gifts” and had nothing to give me. thanks for ruining my bday sephora! don’t market promises you can’t keep….you have tons of samples and products, pretty sure your cashier / sales rep could’ve come up with something…

    Ready to shop? Find another location or prepare to be ignored if you are over 50 or aren’t dressed to impress. Employees are more interested in younger customers or chatting with eachother. When I spoke to the Mgr she said “she was sorry I felt that way.” Wait, what? Leading by example comes to mind. You don’t care, they won’t.

    Stay away from this location! On 8/29 I purchased several items including Clinique Take the Day off makeup remover full size to refill a travel size container. I could not open the bottle so did return in October and a nice gentleman was able to open. I returned home and again could not open the bottle. Returned to the store on 11/6 hoping to find out why I couldn’t open. 2 sales associates tried to help but agreed it was a faulty product and advised to take a new one and exchange. I also had additional expensive products that I was going to purchase. The cashier pulled up my account and as it was purchased in August said she couldn’t exchange and had to call over manager. “Manager”came over and said as it was purchased in August (8/29) she couldn’t exchange the damaged product as it wasn’t their policy and wouldn’t be fair to other customers??? Not sure if Sephora doesn’t allow their managers to make decisions, or if this manager is just not customer service focused but she refused to allow the exchange. There is a Blue Mercury to the left and Bloomingdale’s to the right. Left the other purchase and the original make-up remover and will not use any Sephora again.

    There’s only one reason I go into Sephora and that’s for Trina! Her 5 star service has me looking gorgeous every time. Her skills are unsurpassed and if she’s not there I simply just don’t go in. Make a point to see Trina asap.

    I was in town for a wedding and had a makeup emergency when the artist I originally booked canceled at the last minute. To make things more stressful, I had left all of my makeup at home and had to repurchase everything. Trina at the Sephora in Shrewsbury was an absolute lifesaver. She immediately understood my situation and jumped right in to help. Not only did she guide me through choosing products that stayed within a reasonable budget, but she also gave me incredible tips and tricks for applying my makeup. Along the way, she introduced me to new products I wouldn’t have found on my own. I have never had such amazing and attentive service at any Sephora. Trina truly went above and beyond and I was blown away by her professionalism and kindness. I’d recommend anyone visiting this store to ask for her. She made a stressful day so much easier and I’m beyond grateful.
