The person ahead of me was promptly greeted and seated, while the second hairdresser vanished into the back—only to reappear as the first haircut was wrapping up. So much for skipping the wait; on this occasion, online check-in offered no real advantage. As for the haircut itself, while technically adequate, the technique left much to be desired. The stylist was unusually aggressive with the clippers, pressing them hard against the side of my head. I have had many haircuts over the years, but this was the first time I genuinely felt uneasy about someone wielding electric clippers. Between the unexpected 15-minute delay and the heavy-handed approach, I am leaning toward taking my business elsewhere next time.
