    Amazing experience! I came into Sephora after an interview. I was feeling rushed and distracted, just trying to grab my favourite fragrance. Susan reminded me about my birthday gift (which I missed last year!), and it honestly made my whole day. Her customer service was a 10/10 kind, attentive, and genuine. One of the most pleasant experiences I’ve had at this store.

    I have no idea who is responsible for hiring but the employee who rung me up today was incredibly rude. Her attitude was ridiculous considering I had done nothing but asked to return an item I had bought the day before. This employee spoke in an uneducated manner and her tone was disgusting. I highly doubt this is the first time she’s spoken to a customer like this. I totally understand having a bad day but this girls attitude was completely uncalled for. This is a terrible look for Sephora.

    Was about to shop like usual when an employee announced PEST CONTROL was here to go to the back… I don’t even want to know what the issue was. I had to leave.
