Her attitude was ridiculous considering I had done nothing but asked to return an item I had bought the day before. This employee spoke in an uneducated manner and her tone was disgusting. I highly doubt this is the first time she’s spoken to a customer like this. I totally understand having a bad day but this girls attitude was completely uncalled for. This is a terrible look for Sephora.

The We had waited awhile and Kat checked on us twice to make sure people were helping us. My initial choice perfume was gone, but my 2nd choice was in stock and she made sure we got it. And because we had waited a while, she came over while we were in line to give me some samples of products for our patience! We felt so very much appreciated - and I absolutely love the sample of the patrick ta eyebrow gel she gave me to try! I'd go back just for this service.
