I had very long hair and have been traumatized in the past by hairdressers doing whatever “they want and not listening”. As I explained to Colleen I wanted to clean up my ends, and a few subtle long layers and she did a FABULOUS job! I trusted her and she listened and she was great! If you have long hair and if you’re scared to get a trim or clean up in fear your hair will get chopped off, go see Colleen!! Thank you again, relived and happy.
