I explained that I had my husband cut it in the meantime so that the underneath layer was shorter, so that it would curl under. I thought she understood that's what I wanted. But after cutting the underneath short, she preceded to layer the upper layer. Totally not what I wanted. I might never pay for a haircut again. I gave her a second star because she managed to make an improvement to my bangs.
