Checked in myself and two toddlers at 6:15 pm via the mobile app. Arrived at 6:33 to see the employee rushing out and the store lights off. Mind you, this is a holiday week (Thanksgiving) on a Friday. Why post hours at 7 if they are not until 7? Why have the app available to check-in if you are not interested in the business? Why rush out when you knew someone was actively on their way? These hair cuts don't even take 10 minutes per person. So time was not an issue. I pass competitors to have our haircuts here.
