  I just spend 470$ in this store and sales associate didn’t gave me any samples. This is so disrespectful.

  Went to Sephora at this address today. Cosmetics sampler in terrible condition, dirty, broken, and old life span There is practically nothing in stock that can be purchased + Consultants one girl with black hair is very unfriendly, and very aggressive This girl with black hair wanted to sell me shampoo 4 instead of the olaplex 5 conditioner I needed. I told her it was the wrong one, she gave me a displeased look and didn't even say goodbye. The second one was him or her I didn't understand (it was with a short haircut) also can't help, he couldn't help me and just left to talk on the phone and all the time for 30 minutes he was on the phone. This is a terrible service and do not recommend this store !!! Don't you keep an eye on your employees???? Don't you train them in etiquette and customer service ? You just hire a salesman who works just to do a day's work.

  I had a super great experience here. Great customer service! Andrew H. went above and beyond to be helpful and polite. He’s very knowledgeable about what he’s talking about and friendly.
