She gave the nastiest attitude to me and another costumer that was in the store. I understand that everyone has a bad day but she did not have to take it out on us. She was on her phone the whole time I was in the store too. What kind of unprofessional behavior is this? The tag on her shirt said Alex. Every time that I come in I get treated so nice by the other girls.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
