  The employees here were so nice and helpful. I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me but she went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The store was also really organized and stocked up on all the new releases. I left with a nice little haul.

  Extremely rude customer service. Showed up at the door at 7:55 to pick up an online order. The staff member working refused to even acknowledged me despite making eye contact

  Oriana helped me and she was awesome!! She was so extremely patient and kind. Best service ever, definitely coming back!

  Went to return an item I was told that money would be returned to my account. After getting home I see $0 returned Though I needed to wait. Then the next day I discovered that no money was returned. Very shady practice if you are not paying attention to your account.

  This is the third time I’ve been to this location and they are so rude. Pretty sure it was the manager unhappy that I was making a return so I didn’t get a have a good day she was just pissy. Funny she was all about approaching me when she thought I was going to buy something. Little does she actually know how much I spend at Sephora being an MUA. Maybe if she was a little bit more pleasant I would have gotten the extra few things I was going to get but there’s no way I want to give them a sale now.
