    Waste of time and money here. The entire appointment was a mess from start to finish. My family and I had appointments but still had to wait a while before being seen. The person who booked our appointments put us to be seen back to back instead of together so we can leave at the same time. The lady at the front was apologetic but it did not fix the poor planning; plus we didn’t see the stylists who we were initially booked with. We were quoted a price on the phone before coming in but when it was time to pay, the total was much higher. I was told it was because I was seen by a master stylist, yet this same stylist was unprofessional and messed up my haircut. I asked for 3 inches off and she cut 5 to 6 inches. There were also hidden costs that were never discussed beforehand. They charged an extra $10 per person for the length, but my daughters’ hairs aren’t even that long. I ended up spending EXTRA $40 in hidden costs for wash and cut for 3 people, not even styling or blow drying. Proper communication could’ve avoided misunderstandings. I will not be coming here again.

    First time coming here and I had Lori. She did an amazing job with my super knotty and tangled hair I still can’t believe it. I’ll definitely be back! Thank you Lori!!

    Never been disappointed with my haircut. They are also doing their best during this covid situation and still give option to wash hair which is nice.
