- OTOld TimeMar 20, 20261.0I walked in the shop, a staff asked me if I checked in online. I said no. Then she asked my phone number and found me in the system. She leted me sit and wait for the call. I have been sitting for almost 40 minutes. No one called me. I have to leave for other things. Too bad. I don't know what went wrong. But I feel they don't care about real people if you have not sit on barber chair. They depend on the system too much. Cold system! By the way, I checked the online chech in, the waiting time showed zero. So if you want to go, better check in online. I don't want to go that shop.

If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
