  Lane washed & trimmed mine & my nine-year olds hair she was so friendly and patient. She went out of her way to accommodate my daughter when she wanted an “80s style” tease❤️

  I brought my son in for a cut and we had Aimee. Not only did I love Her but when we left my 3 year old said “I really like her mom”. Definitely coming back :)

  Dennise was amazing!!! I have super long hair and she was so soft and patient with all of my hair. She took her time to ensure that everything was even and made me feel super comfortable. I will definitely go back for her again!!

  Overall, I'm highly dissatisfied. Not only did I not get what I paid for and asked for. This was for my wedding. My forever pictures. I brought four pictures in total for context of what I want it done. I did not receive the hairstyle that I wanted done. My aunt paid a significant amount of money and she tips well. She asked my stylist when she was done to please spray a heavy amount of spray so it would hold through the evening until the next morning when I was married. I will be providing the pictures that I provided the establishment with. I will be providing pictures of my hair the following morning on my wedding day. On my wedding day and I will be providing pictures of what it look like the very next day on March 23rd. I should still have voluptuous curls in my hair and I do not. I really want my money back. There were several people around that knew I was getting married. I've showed the pictures to. This wasn't just a two-person conversation. Many people were aware. And not only was I dissatisfied I cried. And I cried some more. And it's just really unacceptable. Primarily because I went in there with pictures for context to show them what I wanted done. And to not have that done for my wedding and feel like it was ruined because I didn't have the hair that I asked for and paid for. I'll be going there today.

  I called Hair Cuttery Rio Grande at 9am and had an appointment at 1030am. Elaine was my stylist. She was attentive to my request and picture I showed her. Very polite, professional and friendly. My hair cut came out exactly as requested and Elaine also showed me a trick with a styling product that I definitely purchased before checking out. If you want a great cut, ask for Elaine. Very happy with her services and will definitely be back for services.
