  Had a wonderful experience here from the assistance in picking my earrings to the piercing with Brenda. She was fantastic! She made the process totally pain free, was caring, and informative. I would recommend coming here to anyone who is looking to add a new piercing.

  Rowan is amazing. The place is so clean and the staff is extremely nice and professional. Brenda was so nice and patient. She took her time to place the earring and markings multiple times and walked me through the whole process. She managed to make the piercing almost completely painless (barring an initial pinch) and explained the healing and cleaning process thoroughly. The receptionist was also so sweet. Going to a medical professional alleviated any concerns I had about placement, hygiene, etc. if you’re in or near the Princeton area and want to get pierced, I highly recommend going to Rowan! I will be going again for sure.

  The Princeton location completely changed my experience with Rowan. I had no idea they had a policy to address dissatisfaction, but the team was incredibly attentive, detail-oriented, and made things right by offering a complimentary piercing. I truly appreciate their professionalism and care. In contrast, my earlier visit to the Cherry Hill location left me dissatisfied, as I was told I’d have to pay to fix full price for a piercing that was placed too close to my main lobe. Highly recommend the Princeton branch rather than Cherry hill for their customer service and attention to detail.

  Just had my 6 month olds ears pierced here by Nurse Brenda, and we had an amazing experience. My little one was asleep when we arrived so Brenda was able to mark the earring placement without her waking. The process was super quick, and they make sure to explain everything. At the end, they provide you with the aftercare solution, instructions, and a cute little certificate for their bravery. Awesome experience, and I’ll definitely be back for myself.

  Carmen was absolutely wonderful! My daughters each got double lobe piercings and I got a double helix. She is so nice and was so patient with finding the perfect placement, and kept my girls chattering and calm. She was amazing, I can't recommend her enough! Alexa was also awesome, helping answer all of our questions and helping us choose the right piercing method for us (and also chatting with my girls and keeping them relaxed!). It was a great experience for all of us!
