  I have really bad experience on the night of 01/21/26 ,when i went my 2 kids with 4 year old girl and 9 year old boy. I sign up in app my bouth kids in number of coloum 2 person and there names. The lady who came before to check in she meseds up the check in somehow she removed my son name and change my girl last name, (she do not how to use coumputer)i requested and show her in my app i did 2 person check in. She said ok i will take care then she told her partner nanacy, can you take second child and she shake head and said yes i will.But later on when i got busy my girl she didnt took my son and take another person stated my son name is not there even though she aware all situation and listening all converstation. I requested her again she told her partner then,she said no to her and said do not give me your customers,take care your self,i do not want to stay late night and she mubling her. Then nancy finished that man and i asked nancy take my son becuse he was checked in that time.the lady who i am working taking so long and do not knw her job what she is doing.she litterly chopped my girl hair,the styel i show her she even though not following that styel. Then nancy jumped up to me main while and threatning me if i asked her one more time she will call police and then conversation start me her and she was so so rude and front my kids insulted me and again she didnt take care my son and took another person. And my kids get so upset and my son litterly got whole night panic attack of her converstaion and behaviour and he cried so much. I really want those unprofessional peoples should not to work that profesional place and never recomend anyone they specially go that place with there kids. So much disappointed and never recomend go to great clip.

  I checked in online from my work computer at 5:00pm was told I was 8th in line and there was a 70min wait. I arrived to the “salon” at 6:04pm and did not see my name on the list. When the female working Old hispanic woman with long ramen noodle looking hair asked if I checked in I said yes I checked in online but I did not see my name on the list. She asked what time I checked in and when I told her 5pm she rudely said that if I checked in at 5 I had to be there at 6 or they would remove me from the list. She then added me to the back of the line. I waited about 30 minutes but then heard the older hispanic man start talking to his client stating “ oh no you’re late but SOME people check in and show up over an hour late and then are mad they aren't on the list anymore”. I called back to him “ yeah but if your system tells them their wait is going to be 70 minutes and they show up in 64 minutes its not our fault you have ridiculous rules in place”. He completely ignored me so I left. After looking at other reviews and the hair “stylists” hair themselves I made the smart decision. Very unprofessional!
