  Recently has my hair cut by Linda & I am absolutely thrilled with the results. Linda pays so much attention to detail; she is very technical, spends plenty of time on my haircut & she always listens. I never feel rushed & the result is exactly what I requested. The salon is very clean & well organized. The staff & the owner Faith are very welcoming & friendly which makes you feel right at home. Great overall experience which will keep me coming back.

  Saliba is wonderful!, I have coarse curly hair natural salt and pepper walked in for the first time. Requested blow out with Beachy waves and Saliba gave me exactly that, left. My hair soft beautiful received so many compliments. Thank you Public Image for your warm welcome and warm hospitality. Thank you Saliba,

  I’ve had such a wonderful experience at this hair salon. The space is always clean, welcoming, and well organized. The customer service is excellent — everyone is friendly, attentive, and truly makes you feel valued as a client. The prices are very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the products and materials they use. I especially want to recommend Saliba, who has been my stylist for years. She is incredibly talented, honest, and truly gifted when it comes to color. I have naturally dark hair, and she consistently gets me to the exact shade I want without compromising the health of my hair. She always takes her time, gives thoughtful advice, and delivers beautiful results every single time. Highly recommend this salon — and definitely book with Saliba if you can!

  Faith is truly amazing! I always receive the best haircut, color, and highlights every time I visit. She knows what I want and gives thoughtful product recommendations that keep my hair healthy between appointments. Sanna, Lorraine, and Mike are equally wonderful — their expertise and personal touch make every visit feel comfortable and welcoming. The entire team creates such a warm, professional atmosphere, and you can tell they genuinely care about their clients. I always leave feeling confident, refreshed, and well taken care of. I can’t recommend this salon enough!

  BAD EXPERIENCE It was my first time at the salon. I was a little nervous because I haven’t had anyone touch my hair in a long time. I had spoken with the owner and from our conversation I felt confident that I would be in good hands! on the day of my appointment I arrived early just so I can go over everything once again and explain to them exactly what I was looking for this way there would be no confusion. I was a little uneasy when I first walked in and not feeling too confident, but I put those fears aside and I trusted that faith and her team knew what they were doing. I explicitly went over exactly what I was looking for with the stylist and also the salon owner went over color swatches I told her what color I would like. I want to stay away from any bright reds or oranges undertones and please do not use any fashion colors, and after the conversation, I felt more comfortable as Faith expressed to me I got you… I know exactly what you want! I let myself relax and let the process begin so I got in the chair. They did my highlights/ balayage and It was time for my color to be applied, I did get a little nervous when I saw the color in the bowl It definitely didn’t look like what I was looking for but I was reassured that, that’s not the color it’s going to be so please relax don’t worry. I said OK well big surprise to me when I stood up and looked in the mirror immediately knew this is not going to be the outcome I wanted and after my hair was washed and I was able to get a good look in the mirror it just confirmed my fears my hair wasn’t not ever close to the color I asked for. I was then brought back over to the stylist and put back in the chair to start my haircut and I looked her in the face and said this is not the color I wanted. It’s not even close and I asked for minimal highlights in my bang and my bangs were completely highlighted a garnet reddish color along with the rest of my hair. I clearly expressed I wanted dark hair with a plum or eggplant color highlight🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️. Now let’s move on to the haircut The stylist asked how I would like my haircut. I explained to her that I would like it feather in the front a curtain bang and long layers in the back she began to express her concerns that she felt layers in the back of my hair would not look good because my hair was to thin, now don’t get me wrong I appreciate your opinion but at the end the day I was the customer and it’s not your hair, fast forward to the blow out once again I was asked how would I like my hair blown and I explained I would like it a lot of volume in the back with loose curls in the front under forward to the face and once again that was not what I received. I must say the owner did come over because she did see the expression on my face and she did mention we’re gonna take $30 off and you can come back in and we will darken the highlights. I did appreciate that and I agreed to come back in fast-forward to the day I went back, I walked in and Faith said don’t worry I already have your color already mixed which I thought was a little odd to have a color pre mixed before a clients comes in but hey she is the master stylist and I am not. I was immediately rushed over to the sink and the color was applied and It was washed out and I looked in the mirror I just knew the $400 I just spent on a balayage were completely gone covered. My hair was now all one color and instead of having that color as the highlights like originally requested , my whole head was now that color. So basically I paid $400 for dark hair which could’ve been achieved if I would’ve just had that one color put on with no highlights or balayage and it would have been a lot less money. Expensive lesson learned on my part and extremely disappointing experience. 1st photo is what I asked for. 2nd photo is what I received 3rd photo was the final result.
