- SUSteven UlateOct 8, 20241.0Terrible place, upon entering they have a small sign that i missed on the door that says for professionals only and then on top of this there was no greeting by the front attendant at the register even though she clearly saw me. So i wasted 30 min of my time walking around the store with no assistance or approach asking if im a professional or even just to ask for help. Then also waking up early to get here for nothing. Dont waste your time here its only for PROFESSIONALS and not ipen to the public.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
